Advantages:

Хорошая локация. Всё прибрано, чисто, свежее постельное бельё. Всё необходимое для проживания предоставлено. Хозяин встретил с автовокзала и заселил. Также огромный плюс, что хозяин пошёл на встречу с поздним отъездом и продлил пребывание на необходимое для меня время!!! Рекомендую.
